  • SYARIAH: Journal of Islamic Law

    SYARIAH: Journal of Islamic Law is an open-access journal published by STISNU Aceh. The journal is concerned with scientific publications relating to the study of Islamic law. Islamic law can be Islamic Economic Law, Islamic Family Law, Islamic Criminal Law, Islamic Constitutional Law, Zakat and Waqf Law, and Thought of Contemporary Islamic Law focused on the development of Islamic Law (sharia), and legislation which has done through library research, or field research.

    The publication of this academic journal is intended to enrich vocabulary Islamic law that has been developing in the present. This journal is published biannually in June and December. The journal is currently indexed and/or included by Google Scholar, etc.

    Every received article should follow Author guideline. Any submitted paper will be reviewed by reviewers. Review process employs with blind Review that the reviewer does not know the identity of the author, and the author does not know the identity of the reviewers.

  • AL-BUYU': Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syari'ah

    AL-BUYU': Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syari'ah published by Study Program of Sharia Economics, can be said as new academic journal dealing with the theme in Indonesia. The subject covers textual and fieldwork studies with various perspectives of Islamic economics, Islamic public finance, Islamic finance, Islamic accounting, Islamic business ethics, Islamic banking, Islamic insurance, Islamic economic thoughts, Islamic human resource management, Islamic microfinance, Islamic development economics, Islamic monetary economics, Islamic fiscal economics, Islamic capital market, and other relevant themes. Thus, Indonesian and non-Indonesian scholars have enriched the studies published in the journal. Although not from the beginning JES presents highly qualified scholarly articles, improvement—in terms format, style, and academic quality—never ceases. Now with articles written in Indonesian, Arabic, and English and with the fair procedure of peer-review, JES continues publishing researches and studies pertinent to Islamic finance and economics with various dimensions and approaches.

  • AR-RA'YU: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga

    Ar-Ra'yu: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam is a scientific journal published twice a year by the Department of Law, University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa.  The articles raised in this scientific journal are about Islamic family law with the theme of Marriage Law, Divorce, Inheritance, Zakat waqf, Islam and Gender. as for the language used in the Qanun article: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam uses the main language of Indonesian, while additional languages are English and Arabic.Ar-Ra'yu: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam is published in May and November.
